The proposal was to take a character that already exists and imagine a new story for him. I chose "Bruma" by Daniel Esteves (HQ em Foco) and developed a story in a dystopian São Paulo where Bruma had a certain relationship with the army but now  he's part of a group of rebels who do not accept the army's impositions of power, much less the divisions of what was left of supplies in the city.
